BTRN is a free directory and community platform. We connect people who want to adopt bull terriers with independent, verified rescue organizations, and we host a community forum. We do not own, house, foster, evaluate, transport, sell, or adopt out any dogs ourselves. Every adoption, application, and interaction happens directly between you and the rescue. Rescues are independent organizations, not part of BTRN, and we are not responsible for their decisions, policies, listings, or actions.

Dog and rescue information is provided by the rescues and their own sources. We work to keep it accurate and current, but we cannot guarantee it. Always confirm details directly with the rescue before making any decisions. Listings are shown for information only and are not an offer or a guarantee of availability.

Information shared on the forum and across the site, including posts from community members, reflects personal experience, not professional advice. It is not a substitute for guidance from a licensed veterinarian, trainer, or other professional. For your dog's health or behavior, consult a qualified professional.

If you create an account, you are responsible for activity under it and for keeping your login secure. When you post, you agree to follow our Code of Conduct, which includes no selling, buying, or rehoming dogs, no selling animals or products, and no harassment. You are responsible for the content you post. We may edit, remove, or hold content, and suspend or remove accounts, at our discretion, to keep the community safe and on mission.

You keep ownership of what you post, but you grant BTRN permission to display and distribute it on the site as part of running the community.

We link to rescues and other third party sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, practices, or policies.

The site is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, BTRN and its team are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site, from any adoption or interaction with a rescue, from transport arrangements, or from reliance on information found here. Adopting a dog and working with a rescue is your decision and at your own risk.

We may update these terms or the site at any time. We will revise the “last updated” date when we do, and continued use means you accept the changes.
