Bull Terrier Rescue Network app and website
Overview
You can permanently delete your Bull Terrier Rescue Network account at any time. One account works in the iPhone app, the Android app, and on this website, so deleting it in any of these places deletes it everywhere.
In the app (iPhone or Android)
- Open the Bull Terrier Rescue Network app and sign in.
- Go to the Account tab.
- Tap Delete Account and follow the prompts to confirm.
On the website
- Log in at bullterrierrescuenetwork.com.
- Open the account menu and choose Profile.
- Choose Edit Profile, then Delete account.
- Type DELETE and enter your password to confirm.
By email
If you can't sign in, email bullterrierrescuenetwork@gmail.com from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my account.” We will delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted
Deletion is immediate and permanent. It removes:
- Your profile, username, bio, avatar, and dogs
- Every thread and reply you have posted, and any photos you uploaded
- Your notifications, votes, and blocks
- Your sign-in details and push-notification registrations
What is kept
- New-dog alert emails are a separate sign-up. Use the unsubscribe link in any alert email to stop them.
- Rescue applications and contact messages you sent us are kept so we can respond. Email us if you want them removed.
- Server logs (IP address and pages visited) are kept for about two weeks, then deleted automatically.
- Secure backups may contain account data until those backups are deleted. They are never used to restore a deleted account.
